How export orders work

1. Send your inquiryProducts, approximate quantities and your destination port or city.
2. Receive a quotationWe reply with a quotation and proforma invoice in USD or EUR.
3. Samples on requestAsk us about samples of the colours and profiles you are considering.
4. Confirm with an advance paymentYour order is prepared after the advance payment.
5. LoadingGoods are packed and loaded once the balance is paid.
6. Shipping documentsCommercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are sent with the shipment.

Trade terms

Delivery terms

EXW (our warehouse in Turkey), FOB (Turkish port of loading), CFR / CIF (your port), DAP (your address, by road).

Payment

Advance payment with the order and the balance before loading, by bank transfer (T/T). The ratio is stated on the proforma invoice.

Currency

Quotations in USD or EUR.

Minimum order

Depends on the product. Tell us your quantities and we will advise.

Lead time

Confirmed on the quotation according to product and quantity.

Documents

Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. EUR.1 or A.TR where applicable to your country.
