Miele S2 & C1 Series Suction Hose

The Miele Suction Hose for S2 and Classic C1 Series is a replacement hose for Miele S2 and Classic C1 Series canister vacuums that do not use an electric power brush. A few models such as the Capri and the Olympus came standard with this hose.

It is important that the Miele Suction Hose for S2000 and C1 Series stay in good shape for the vacuum to work properly. If a hole starts in the hose, this could create a loss of suction. One way to try avoiding getting holes in the Suction Hose is not vacuum up sharp objects, as they could pierce the lining of the hose. It is also a good idea not to repeatedly run the hose over rough surfaces like pavement.

To remove the Miele Suction Hose for S2 and C1 Series from the vacuum, push the release buttons at the base of the connector near the canister. Repeat the same process at the opposite end of the hose to remove from the wand.

If you are using a power brush with your S2 and C1 canister vacuum, this suction hose will not work. You will need to purchase the Miele Electro Suction Hose SES116, and use it with the Miele Electro Telescopic Wand. The Miele Suction Hose for S2 and C1 Series will works with all S2 and C1 series canister vacuums that do not use an Electro Suction Hose SES116.
